These Terms of Service describe the rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when using ASK FIN and related platform services.

Last updatedMay 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ASK FIN websites, dashboards, applications, tools, content, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the website, purchasing a plan, or using any ASK FIN service, users agree to these terms and any additional terms referenced by the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.

Users are responsible for activity under their accounts, including activity by employees, contractors, team members, or other authorized users.

3. Platform use

ASK FIN provides tools for AI-assisted strategy workflows, research organization, backtesting support, execution preparation, and related operational features.

Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, validating strategies, confirming assumptions, and deciding whether any workflow is appropriate for their own objectives and constraints.

  • Users may not misuse the platform, disrupt infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or use ASK FIN for unlawful activity.
  • Users may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly permitted.
  • Users must comply with applicable laws, exchange rules, broker terms, data provider terms, and internal policies.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and access

Certain ASK FIN features may require a paid plan, partner access, usage limits, or administrative approval. Plan details, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Fees are due according to the selected plan or invoice terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of access.

5. User content and platform output

Users may submit prompts, strategy ideas, files, configuration details, notes, and other materials to the platform. Users are responsible for having the rights needed to submit that content.

ASK FIN may generate outputs based on user input, platform logic, third-party services, or market-related data. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them.

6. Intellectual property

ASK FIN, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, content, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Fintech Strategies or its licensors.

Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to users. User-owned content remains subject to the rights and permissions provided by the user for platform operation.

7. Disclaimers and limitations

ASK FIN is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The platform may contain errors, interruptions, delays, or incomplete information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASK FIN disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost profit, trading loss, data loss, or business interruption damages.

8. Suspension and termination

ASK FIN may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, misuse the platform, or if continued access would harm the service or other users.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Certain obligations, including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions, may survive termination.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent through the official ASK FIN support or contact channel listed on the website.
